Campbell & Popkin, LLC is a seven
attorney law firm. The firm has two Members, Dawn M. McIntosh and Lawrence J. Popkin.
Mr. Campbell is Senior Counsel and has over 40 years
of experience. Dawn McInosh has over 16 years experience. Mr. Popkin
has over 7 years experience and is the managing member. The firm has four associate attorneys, Mark J. Lang, Benjamin F. Lawrence, Tatjana Queener and Sarah E. Tuthill.
Mr. Campbell, Mr. Popkin and Mr. Lawrence serve our clients in
business, real estate, elder law, estate planning and probate matters. Mr. Lawrence also handles bankruptcy matters and assists Ms. McIntosh with divorce cases. Ms. McIntosh serves
our clients with criminal, bankruptcy and family law needs. Ms. McIntosh is considered by many to be the leading divorce attorney in our community. Ms. Queener and Ms. Tuthill serve our clients with criminal matters, working mostly out of our Tillamook office. Mr. Lang primarily engages in civil litigation, but also does DUII cases,elder law, health law, criminal matters, estate planning and business law. Mr. Lang is also licensed to practice law in California and Washington.
All attorneys, except Ms. Queener and Ms. Tuthill work primarily out of our Seaside office. Client meetings in our
Tillamook office are by appointment only.
In December 2009, we moved into our beautiful new office in Seaside, located at 1580 N. Roosevelt Drive. The staff and attorneys are very excited about the new location and believe it will greatly enhance our abilities to serve our clients.
