Ben became a member of the firm in 2009. He was born in Ashland, Oregon, and has spent almost all of his life on the West Coast. Ben attended the University of Oregon and earned a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration in 2002. After managing a small catalog sales business for several years following graduation, Ben set out for law school.
In 2008, Ben graduated cum laude from the Maurer School of Law in Bloomington, Indiana where he served as Articles Editor for the Indiana Law Journal. During his second year, he interned with the legal department at TiVo, Inc. and gained experience working with licensing and contract provisions.
